First Aid & Basic Life Support
We offer a range of both in-house and accredited First Aid courses, ranging from 1 day EFAW Emergency First Aid at Work to BLS and 3 Day courses. Our trainers range from clinical staff to first responders and paramedics. Training will only ever be delivered by subject matter experts.

How to perform CPR, treat burns, and respond to choking, allergic reactions, and seizures

How to assess a casualty, monitor them, and know when to call emergency services

How to manage the scene of an accident, including delegating tasks to others

What to include in a first aid kit, such as plasters, gloves, and triangular bandages

Understanding the laws around responding to first aid situations

Understanding workplace health and safety regulations, including the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases, and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR)
